Long time no see!!!!
I know It's been forever and a day since I've been on let alone done something here or on the internet but i assure you despite the lack of internet connections and the simple fact so many things have changed in my life i still live and I still lurk among you.

So.... What has happened you may ask to fuel my disappearance? Well a bunch of things actually! Where to begin, where to begin? Well as did Alyss through the pool of tears i go to tell you my adventures in a new world.

So my family can be called with out a doubt something less than dysfunctional. For Years I've had to deal with les than unsavory characters, shady dealings, doubts and fears that I'm just a burden to them, and least of all whether or not things might not take a turn for the worse. BUT i still held firm to the hope that might all change and somewhere in November they did! My boy-oh and I as well as a close friend from work, who we shall refer to as A, all went out searching for a combined salvation that we all could share. Shortly after we found it. Escaping one thing or another we all packed up and fled taking refuge in our own refuge. So as it came to be I now live on my own! Freedom, sweet bitter long anticipated freedom. We've had some ups and downs but personally I love it. (Note me for details as to the location and such!)

But alas, every silver cloud hides a dark storm. With freedom comes responsibility and life becomes alot more materialistic and money driven. Due to that the internet has become a luxury i haven't the funds to afford. But due to a bureaucratic oops free wifi is now available and I couldn't be happier... that is till I saw my updates.... everywhere. I'v had this stoke of luck since last week or so but due to those updates i have not yet begun to scratch the surface of what the webs have for me to see. Feeling though as i have to rise above such trivialities i decided that this journal shall suffice enough to bring light to my situations. Soon though I'm trying to to upload something.... as soon as I find my tablet and get a scanner. Oh how i miss my scanner.... actually my parents but still.

But time still marches forward and events come and go. Christmas. New years. My birthday. Yes the unthinkable has happened. I now sport another ring around my trunk. Another candle is blown out in my life. I have grown another level. I am alas, 19 years old. It was an uneventful birthday. No big celebration. No cake. No presents. Just a day off work and a day with my Boy-oh. I'd like to think next year would be better but i have no expectation of more. But what has happened is in the past now let's all have a cup of tea.

Now my world has turned to Wonderland. More literally than figuratively. The looking Glass Wars rage and I'm right in the middle of it. Which just so happens the be the name of the book series I am reading. The story centers around a different account of the Alice in Wonderland story where Alice or rather Princess Alyss Heart of Wonderland comes as a refugee To the world of London after fleeing the bloody coup of her evil aunt Redd for the throne of Wonderland. After 13 years in our world where in much happens the now 20 year Alyss returns and retakes her throne and Redd is thought to be gone... but not for good. In comes the next volume in the trilogy. Seeing Redd. A gift from my aunt I received it in the mail today along with the companion Princess Alyss Of Wonderland I can't wait to continue the story. But a gift from my aunt... oh the irony.

But as it seems I have taken too long to write this. I need to get ready for work! I'll return soo so look for me. I'll see you all through the looking glass!
